It’s Ok

 

 

 

It’s okay to feel upset. It’s okay to be angry. It’s okay to cry. It’s just ok, but remember to also get back up and handle business. So much evil is going on around us and we cannot just succumb to our feelings. Other people around us are going through so much.

So today, i encourage you to do good. I encourage you to help. It does not have to be something huge. A simple hi and hug can make a difference in someone’s life. Help an elderly carry bags to their car. Make an extra plate for that widow across the street. And if you have it, go ahead and donate some money. Go ahead and donate some canned goods to your local charities. It is not hard.

And finally, get on your knees and Pray. Pray for your families and friends. Pray for your community. Pray for healing and strength. Also pray for yourself. Ask God to work through you. Ask him to help you in areas of your life you are lacking. When you are filled with the spirit, it will be so much easier to help someone else.

But always remember, IT IS OKAY TO FEEL WHAT YOU ARE FEELING.
